Yes, I offer in-person training sessions in Coimbatore, India.

What does a typical coaching plan contain?
When you purchase a coaching plan, you get access to a training program.
The training program has both strength and endurance training components.
What sort of clients do you not take in?
I do not take in the following people:
– People who expect quick results.
– People who use PEDs (Performance Enhancing Drugs)
Do you offer nutrition consults?
No, I am not qualified to give nutrition advice.
However, I could put you in touch with qualified nutritionists I know.
What is your obsession with the Mission: Impossible movie franchise?
I know this is not a “frequently” asked question per se but here is my answer:
– I love the fact that the action sequences are realistically shot. I became an Open Water Scuba Diver after watching Tom Cruise take up free-diving for one of the stunts.
– I love that every seemingly impossible mission is not as impossible for Ethan Hunt by the end of the movie; I think this is analogous to exercise. We may sometimes think that some exercise / skill is impossible to do but if we keep trying, we may end up learning that is possible.
– I love saying the line, “Your mission should you choose to accept…” to my clients.
